Mission Statement: “Provide education, inspiration, and encouragement that catapults individuals into actualizing their best self.” 

Being well is about more than diet and exercise.  Wellness is the state of feeling well and the pursuit of feeling mentally and physically well by practicing daily habits that will help you to achieve this goal. 

 

The Pfizer website definition;  “Wellness is the act of practicing healthy habits on a daily basis to attain better physical and mental health outcomes, so that instead of just surviving, you’re thriving.” 

 

The World Health Organization (WHO) defines wellness as:  “a state of complete physical, mental, and social well-being and not merely the absence of disease or infirmity.”
