Healthspan is the number of years free from
disease or disability.
Longevity is about living life with a vigor, purpose, connection, and robust cognitive, physical, and emotional health.
Harmful narratives, toxic relationships, and caustic behaviors can harm our physical health and cause disease.
This program will provide you with clear direction and ample support. You will learn how to effectively and sustainably modify behaviors that have been causing a deleterious effect on your health. You will receive holistic, customized guidance to support you through your journey toward a better quality of life.

None of us get out of here alive. We will all, eventually, succumb to system failure. My goal is to help people live the highest quality life for as long as possible.
Drawing from my health psychology training, I use evidenced-based behavioral approaches to help individuals harness their potential and modify behaviors that are negatively affecting their physical and mental health.

Lifestyle for Longevity

I am a licensed professional clinical counselor, licensed drug and alcohol counselor, and board certified clinical supervisor. I divide my time between working as a mental health therapist and a wellness consultant.

WELLNESS CONSULTANTS AND LIFE COACHES: help individuals or organizations identify specific health and wellness goals then develop personalized plans to improve overall health and well-being. ​
COUNSELORS: identify mental health symptoms, diagnose, and treat mental health concerns. Counseling tends to be shorter-term and addresses specific life challenges.
MENTAL HEALTH THERAPISTS: work with more complex mental health conditions, such as eating disorders, trauma, bipolar disorder, schizophrenic spectrum disorders, and anxiety and depression that impairs daily functioning. Therapy lasts much longer than counseling.​
At Achieve Fortitude, I use my extensive education, training, and skills to help individuals improve behaviors that are negatively affecting their physical and mental health. My creative, customized approach helps them achieve and maintain desired success in a multitude of tangible areas.
