Over 20-years of experience in mental health, nutrition, mindfulness, and fitness: 

  • Master of Arts degree in Adlerian Counseling and Psychotherapy

  • Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor

  • Licensed Drug and Alcohol Counselor

  • Certified Health Coach

  • Certified Yoga Instructor

  • Previously held a Certification as a Personal Trainer through American Council on Exercise

  • Other training programs that increase mindfulness and behavioral change include: Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy for Insomnia, Motivation Enhancement, Dialectical Behavioral Therapy
